A Thermo 253 Plus isotope ratio mass spectrometer (installed August 2024) is interfaced with a modified Gas Bench for N2O isotopic analyses and operated using Qtegra software. The system includes a customized automatic liquid nitrogen (LN2) supply that maintains LN2 levels within a tightly controlled range for stable long runs. With a 154 vial sample tray and analysis time of ~10 minutes per sample, it supports high throughput, continuous, unattended operation for more than 20 hours per batch once initiated.
